Super franchise (SF) defines a franchisee operated business unit in an independent territory/town or an entire district, either in an area or within that defined area with one or more reporting franchisees. SF functions as an extended branch in the District/Town for business development, operations, and servicing of clients.
Super franchisee performs all the in-bound and out-bound operations at a district level supporting a
team of Unit franchisees. It also acts as a HUB branch for their district where the pickups done by them
and their Unit Franchises gets consolidated at their office and trans shipped to the regional
destinations. For the SF the proposed operating profit per consignment is around 50% before expenses and

Operational Requirements
- Office space of 200sft, at a well connected location of the Town/District.
- Infrastructure as proposed by ELBEX.
- Appointing manpower with respect to sales and operations.
- Developing market coverage by appointing Unit franchisees.
- Consolidation of loads from Unit franchisees and channel network.
- Effective deliveries of all consignments under the SF area.
- Generating sales and executing sales promotional activities.
- Billing and collection of payments.
- Supply of required stationery to Unit franchisees.
Revenue
- Airway bills & stationeries sold to Unit Franchisees.
- Transhipment charges & fuel surcharge collected from Unit Franchisees
- Own pickup generated in the designated SF area through clients, walk-in customers, collections centres and through digital marketing strategies.
- Corporate pick- ups assigned by Area Office.
