The core activity of branch operations at the franchisee level is Pick-ups, Billing, Deliveries and managing Payments. Depending on the scale of operations, Franchisee option & Markets chosen manpower requirements may vary.

ELBEX Couriers handholds its Franchisees during their initial years with marketing & operational guidance. Scheduled training sessions and on-the job learning are part of the Franchisee development activity and ELBEX expects its franchisee to grow along this phase, which is also referred as Lock -in period of the refundable investment. Lock-in period varies from 2 to 5 years depending upon the chosen Franchisee option.

Checking the Serviceable Pin codes / Locations, Prohibited items list & paperwork before accepting a consignment is helpful to avoid delivery failures. User friendly "Serviceable Locations" tab on the ELBEX website home page fetches the required details.

ELBEX has developed an user friendly web based, advanced Track and Trace app e-TABS for Tracking, Reporting and Billing that also provides seamless updates on consignment movements.

Franchisees at ELBEX Couriers make an average yield of Rs 500 per shipment by including all service products and can be easily benchmarked with industry figures.

An average profit margin of 20 to 25% from the gross sales can be achieved by including all service products.

ELBEX operates on HUB and spoke system through our 6 Regional HUBs across the country. We tranship our shipments through well experienced co-loaders for swift, economical, time bound and safe movement of shipments across the network.

The roll-out of E-commerce services as a standalone product is still under development and will be launched soon. However we accept out bound bookings in lower quantities through our Franchisees.

The Franchise contract shall be renewed after the tenure with mutual agreement for the same period of the previous contract. Renewal Fees as 50% of the previous contract value is applicable for all Franchisee options.

As part of business terms, every Franchisee shall pay a nominal 5 % royalty on its gross monthly sales turnover to ELBEX Couriers.

Transfer of contract / MOU is permissible only with the written consent of both the parties and ELBEX Couriers with certain terms and conditions. A nominal transfer fee of 30% is also applicable. Cancellation of contract shall be as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the existing MOU.

Refund of deposits will be made by ELBEX Couriers after completion of the contract or lock-in period, whichever is later. Terms and conditions as mentioned in the contract copy shall apply.
